UK delivery

  • Standard delivery: FREE. Yodel tracked delivery, estimated at 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Express delivery: £2.49. Evri next-working-day delivery for eligible orders and addresses. Order before 9:00am UK time, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch.

Orders placed after the express cutoff, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day. Available delivery services and final charges are shown at checkout before payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Processing and dispatch

UK orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Weekend and bank holiday orders are dispatched on the next working day. International orders are normally processed within 48 hours on working days. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

International delivery

We deliver only to destinations supported at checkout. Standard delivery to supported EU destinations costs £4.99, with an estimated transit time of 4–10 working days after dispatch. Standard delivery to other supported international destinations costs £4.99, with an estimated transit time of 5–15 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or local carrier delays. International orders may be subject to destination taxes, duties or handling charges. Any charges collected by us will be shown at checkout; if you are unsure whether additional destination charges apply, contact us before ordering.

Tracking your order

We send a dispatch confirmation and tracking details where available. Check your email address and delivery address carefully before placing your order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Late, missing or damaged deliveries

Email admin@plya.net with your order number if delivery is overdue, tracking has stopped updating, or a parcel arrives damaged. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the next steps. We remain responsible for goods until you or someone you nominate receives them, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your consumer rights.
