These terms apply to purchases from www.plya.net. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
Products and prices
Product pages describe the sizes, colours, quantities and prices offered. Check your chosen variant and quantity before ordering. Product photographs are illustrative; colours may vary slightly between screens. Goods must still match their description.
The price payable, applicable taxes collected by us and delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We will not add optional charges without your agreement.
Orders and payment
You can review and correct your order before submitting it. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance and formation of the sales contract occur when we send the dispatch confirmation. Payment may be taken before dispatch.
If an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing error occurs, or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you to explain. We will not substitute goods or charge a different price without your agreement. If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, we refund the corresponding payment and any delivery charges due back.
Delivery
Delivery options, costs, processing times and estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. We remain responsible for delivery as required by law. Estimated arrival dates do not remove your rights if delivery is delayed or fails.
Cancelling and returning orders
You may notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days after receiving your goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains return condition, postage costs, refunds and the cancellation form. It also explains the protection retained by earlier purchases made under the previous 30-day guarantee.
Product use and care
Choose a suitable size and follow the product care instructions. Our products do not guarantee prevention of injury or a particular sporting result. This does not exclude responsibility for product safety or faulty or misdescribed goods.
Your rights and our responsibility
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. A loss is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of the breach or was contemplated when the contract was made. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability for delivery failures or faulty goods.
Privacy and website use
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or copy protected content without permission except as permitted by law.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections available under the law where you live. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable consumer law.
Changes to these terms
Updates apply to future purchases. The terms offered when an order is placed continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.
